Please see the latest communication update on Coronavirus from St George’s College. The below has been provided to us as hirers & users of the pitches. We ask that all visitors (Club members, umpires and visitors) adhere to their message and only continue with visiting St George’s if it is safe to do so.
Coronavirus – Important Update
The Government guidance relating to Coronavirus has been updated this morning.
· those returning from quarantined towns in Italy, or the special care zones in South Korea, since 19 February are asked not to visit the school and should self-isolate and call 111 immediately.
· those returning from Italy, North of Pisa (not including Pisa) - if they, or any of the family, begin to develop any symptoms, however minor, they are asked to self-isolate.
To clarify OGHC’s & the School’s position on travel from other risk areas:
· Please contact OGHC before visiting if you have returned from mainland China in the last 2 weeks.
· If you have returned from any of the following areas in the last 2 weeks and develop symptoms, however minor, please self-isolate and call 111:
o Thailand
o Japan
o Republic of Korea
o Hong Kong
o Taiwan
o Singapore
o Malaysia
o Macau
Those who are travelling abroad are asked to monitor the FCO and PHE updates carefully and adhere strictly to the guidance with respect to visiting the School:
